This Track to Change Privacy Collection Statement (Collection Statement) applies to all current and prospective platform users of Clear Horizon Consulting Pty Ltd (ACN 115 522 051) trading as Track to Change. This Collection Statement should be read in conjunction with Clear Horizon’s Privacy Policy.

Track to Change collects, uses, stores and discloses the personal information collected from you in accordance with this Collection Statement and its Privacy Policy. Track to Change only collects personal information (such as your name, contact details, and other relevant personal information) that is necessary for, or directly related to, one or more of Track to Change’s functions or activities.
